Project Listing

For a medium-sized government organization: Clear Spring converted 20 hours of manager-level classroom training to approximately 12 hours of SCORM 2004-conformant (WBT) lessons covering management responsibilities and tasks in a retail environment.

For a large government organization: Clear Spring edited, programmed in Macromedia Flash and Dreamweaver, and tested a 45-minute SCORM-conformant, 508-compliant lesson on reasonable accommodations in the government workplace. Lesson is delivered via a Learning Management System (LMS) and in a stand-alone mode on CD-ROM.

For a large government organization: Clear Spring completed programming and subsequent revisions of a complex 20-hour course for packagers of hazardous materials. The course is SCORM-conformant and delivered on the client's intranet, through an outside LMS, and on CD-ROM for home study.

For a major pharmaceutical firm: Clear Spring conducted a needs analysis of 37 groups of potential users of a web-based sales force support tool and developed a learning strategy and top-level instructional design to address the varied needs of those groups. The resultant blended learning design included intranet and CD-ROM based training, large group orientation in classroom and via the web, manager-level video conferences, and executive briefings for 6,000 users nationwide.

For a large government organization: Clear Spring provided multimedia design and production support for a 20-hour ToolBook computer-based program to develop and enhance language acquisition skills. The course uses audio and video, and all related readings and activities are available on the course CD-ROM.

For a large government organization: Clear Spring created an eight-hour CBT mainframe PHOENIX course on procedures for small purchases.

For a large government organization: Clear Spring has developed two three-hour Authorware computer-based training lessons for contract administrators using a mainframe-based information management system. These lessons have been integrated with other CBT lessons and with on-line references (in Windows Help) and with paper job aids to provide a comprehensive training and performance support package.

For a major insurance provider: Clear Spring designed and developed a four-hour Authorware CBT program for users of a specialized data management system designed to allow risk managers of self-insured corporations to view their own claims data.

For a large government organization: Clear Spring staff designed, developed, and programmed a three-hour TenCORE CBT lesson on the standards that health care site inspectors must follow when writing up inspection reports.

For a training development firm: Using the instructor guide from an ambulance driver's training course, Clear Spring developed a series of computer-presented questions for a trade show exhibit, using Freelance Graphics and CorelDRAW.

For a professional services company: Clear Spring designed and developed a prototype lesson, using CBT Express, to train new operators of high-speed industrial equipment.

For a professional services company: For a commercially available CD-ROM containing the word processing and graphics files for course materials, Clear Spring developed an Authorware introduction presenting an overview of the course and direct access to view, edit, or print each file.

For a major producer of network products: Clear Spring developed a certification test for commercial distribution on floppy disk.
